Celebrating Rainbow Heritage

Every year on the last Wednesday of February, the Rainbow Heritage Awards take place at the Council House in Nottingham. We were incredibly pleased to be there to support some of our authors, who read from the wonderful anthology Desire, Love, Identity. This wonderful anthology is a collection of stories from the LGBTQ community in Nottingham; the project was the brainchild of the National Justice Museum, who wanted to create a lasting legacy built around the traveling exhibition called Desire, Love, Identity from the British Museum. The youngest participant was fourteen, the oldest was seventy-three. The scope of stories is truly fabulous, as is the tenacity, the awareness, and the vulnerability each story shows.

This wonderful anthology can be purchased directly from the National Justice Musuem.
