Our Pride: LGBT+ Anthology
We’re so very proud to be a part of this amazing anthology of LGBT stories from the NHS/ICS community.
The book launch is this Thursday, 15th December at the Nottingham Mechanics, from 6:30-9:00pm.

What is it to live authentically? What does it mean to have a tribe? How many beautiful, emotional experiences of being an LGBTQ person are there?
In this emotional anthology of stories written by members of the ICS LGBT+ community, you’ll read about leaving the life of a monk, coming out to friends, learning to trust the Universe, and what the flag colours mean when applied to a life lived as an out gay person, among other wonderful tales. While the experiences may differ, there is one beautiful connection between them all; a desire to live with authenticity and integrity is paramount. We all take our own journey, and that journey leads us down some remarkable, sometimes painful, often joyful, paths. This mixture of fiction, memoir, and poetry showcases some of the vast talent and honesty in our community.
